STOCK

We make every effort to keep the stock available on our site up to date. For the majority of orders placed we are able to ship the items required. However, on rare occasions we may be unable to fulfil an order. At times like these we will contact you to inform you of the bad news and ask if there is an alternative item we could send. If there isn’t we will issue a refund immediately. We will NEVER send an alternative item unless it has been agreed you. We try to describe our product as accurately as possible, but some colours may vary slightly from those you see on your screen. Our images, descriptions and colours are subject to change and are for suggestion only.

DELIVERY

Where possible orders will be shipped the day we receive them. If you choose to use our FREE DELIVERY option items are sent via First Class or Standard Parcel. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery although many items will be delivered a lot sooner than this. For next day delivery we use Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm the following day) or DHL courier (Guaranteed by 6pm the following day). We cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery (In many cases it will be delivered. If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us for prices).

CREDIT CARD AND DATA PROTECTION

We use the SagePay secure payment gateway for all credit card transactions. SagePay is a fully approved payment processor with all major UK banks. For more information visit www.sagepay.com. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, solo and Switch. Your details will not be passed to any third parties.

RETURNS

Please contact Vert before returning items. All products purchased from Vert are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days. This does not cover damage from impacts, water damage or any other damage which has arisen from misuse. Replacement items can not be sent out until the original item has been returned. In some circumstances items may have to be forwarded to our suppliers, obviously it will take a little longer for these returns to be processed. You may cancel your contract to buy from VERT within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Soiled shoes, worn clothes and opened videos cannot be exchanged or refunded. Hardware will NOT be refunded. Due to the nature of the sport we will not replace broken skateboard decks. A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving any returned goods, provided that products are unused, in original packaging, accompanied by a receipt and the return has been authorised by us. Any P&P costs incurred by Vert in the delivery of your order will be subtracted from your refund value. Returns are made at the customers expense – if necessary please ensure that goods are adequately insured and obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate. Any products exchanged will be re-charged P&P.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• Email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
