STANDARD DELIVERY:
All orders placed before 12:30pm will be dispatched within one working day by first class post. Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
Orders sent out for next day delivery will be sent by either courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on the weight of the order. All orders must be received by us by 12:30pm to guarantee next day delivery.
Deliveries made to the following postcodes by Royal Mail Special Delivery will take 2 working days to arrive – GY1, GY9, HS2, HS3, HS4, HS5, HS6, HS7, HS8, HS9, IV41-51, IV55, IV56, PA61, PA62-75, PA76, PA78, ZE2-3
Deliveries made to the following postcodes by Royal Mail Special Delivery will take 3 working days to arrive – KW16-17, PH42, PH43, PH44
Orders placed on a Friday for Next Day Delivery can only be guaranteed for a Monday delivery.

SATURDAY DELIVERY:
Delivery cannot be made on a Saturday unless pre-arranged with us (additional carriage charges will apply).

We are NOT able to dispatch scooters to destinations outside of mainland UK without prior agreement. Please contact us for postage details and prices. This includes the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.
Scooters for delivery within the UK will be sent out via courier within 1 working day of receiving the order on a 48 hour delivery service (This is not a guaranteed service) or by Next Day Delivery, if chosen. Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.
